Situated only 10 minutes from the new bridge that bypasses the market town of Barnstaple, this is the perfect base to explore the superb Golden Coastlines of North Devon and North Cornwall, the nearest beach at Instow being only 7 miles away.

Exmoor and Dartmoor National Parks are within easy driving distance. The famous Tarka Trail, where bicycles can be hired by the day, many golf courses and horse riding can all be found locally.
